What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your service at any time. Billing starts at the end of the trial period and the service will renew automatically unless you cancel prior to renewal. When you cancel your service, your service will stop and you will not be billed for the next billing period.
If you cancel before the end of the trial period you will not be charged. There is no refund if you cancel after the trial period.
How long does it take to set up?
As little as 10 minutes, but it really depends upon your system and how you want to connect to BoldTypeNews. Setting up an account takes only a few minutes and then you have the option to create your own list or to connect with your CRM, depending upon the system you use. BoldTypeNews uses typical "address book" information such as name, company name, address, email address and telephone. We do not sell or share your address book information.
